LaX tEa

sipping my lax tea i'm thinking about...


...the fact that i have to stop drinking, fuck!
yesterday i wasted away...i had a really restrict day...like i had about 200cals...burned out with exercises more than 500....than i went out and drunk too much vokda....
this morning i woke up bloated, nauseated, FATTER and with my period back!!!!
SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!

VeGgIe SoUp

let's do a low cal soup today!!

ingredients:
2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 really small green onions
1 dried japanease 'kombu' weed
2 tea spoons of powdered veggie stock (low fat-low cals of course)
paprika
20ml of soy sauce (low salt)
500ml of water

pressure cooker


Clean and slice the carrots (55cals) and the zucchini (20cals) and throw in the pot with the 2 onions (8cals) sliced and the weed (10cals) ...
Add some paprika to taste!
Pour the water in the pot, add the spoons of stock (20cals) and a bit of soy sauce(11cals)!
Close the preassure cooker and put on maximum heat.
When it start to *hiss* low the fire to the minimun for 10minutes.
Turn off the heat and lift the outlet valve of the pot..when it stops blowing vapour you can safely open the pot and enjoy the soup!!

You can also use a normal pot, just think that the cooking time is doubled! (and you should lower the fire when it starts boiling)

Total cals of the WHOLE pot: 124cals!!!

dayS off..

i got 2 days off this week... thats strange, cause i never get 2days off...and in a row!!
but, well, i did it..so yesterday i spent my all day off with my boyfiend...we went home shopping and we had lunch together...he made me spaghetti (320cals) with home-made pesto (100cals) and some strawberries (12cals) with icecream (120cals) for dessert...
What The Fuck!!!my stomach started hurting so much....and he got mad at me, yelling *blablabla* lots of shit...as went home i did a camomile tea and cursed pasta and all its cals and carbs all nite long...
this morning i went dog-walking for almost 2h...and now i'm sipping my hot hot coffee....thinking about how will i look in that leggings i bought yesterday (one size less) when i'll be able to fit in them... lol...
